摘要
自动化采煤技术着力于将多种学科技术应用于综采工作面,通过在工作面集中监控中心对综采设备进行远程集中控制,使各台设备可以协调、高效、连续、稳定、安全的运行,并使采煤机具备自动割煤功能,将人员从设备的繁杂操作工作中解放出来,实现综采工作面的少人化。由于煤矿井下煤层赋存条件复杂,当前煤岩识别传感器技术不能满足采煤机自动化生产需求,所以采用将煤层微分,记忆人工手动割煤过程中的传感器数据,通过计算机智能计算预测出采煤机自动采煤模式下割煤轨迹,使采煤机在预测轨迹上运行,以此实现自动化采煤的目的,为煤矿综采工作面的少人化生产提供技术支持。
Automatic coal mining technology applies multi-disciplinary technology to the fully mechanized working face.Through centralized monitoring center,the equipment in the fully mechanized mining face is remotely controlled,so that the equipment can be coordinated,efficient,continuous,stable and safe operation,and the personnel will be liberated from the complicated operation of the equipment,so as to reduce the number of personnel in the fully mechanized mining face.Due to the complex occurrence conditions of coal seam in underground coal mine,the current coal rock recognition sensor technology can not meet the demand of automatic coal cutting of shearer.Therefore,by memorizing the sensor data in the process of manual coal cutting and carrying out computer intelligent calculation,the coal cutting track under the automatic coal mining mode of the shearer is predicted,so that the shearer can run on the predicted track,so as to realize the purpose of automatic coal mining and provide technical support for the less-people production of the fully mechanized mining face.
