摘要
钙黏蛋白超家族是一类介导钙依赖的细胞间黏附的跨膜糖蛋白,在组织结构和形态维持中发挥重要作用。原钙黏蛋白δ(δ-PCDHs)是钙黏蛋白超家族的成员,主要研究成果围绕在神经生物学领域,越来越多的研究表明其在恶性肿瘤发生发展中也起到重要作用。目前研究初步证明δ-PCDHs可以作为多种肿瘤的抑制基因,近年来其在恶性肿瘤中的致癌作用也已被发现。本文综述了近年来δ-PCDHs部分重要成员与人恶性肿瘤相关研究进展,介绍了其在不同恶性肿瘤中的异常甲基化情况、相关作用及机制,有望为恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、个体分子靶向治疗及预后评估提供新的思路和方案。
The cadherin superfamily is a class of transmembrane glycoproteins that mediates calcium-dependent intercellular adhesion,which plays a crucial role in the maintenance of tissue architecture and integrity.Delta protocadherins(δ-PCDHs)are members of the cadherin superfamily,which were extensively studied in the field of neurobiology.Mounting studies informed thatδ-PCDHs can wield influences in the tumorigenesis and progression of malignant tumors.At present,δ-PCDHs have been preliminarily proved to be used as suppressor gene for multiple tumors,and its carcinogenic effects in malignant tumors have been confirmed as well.In this paper,the recent research progress on some important members ofδ-PCDHs related to human malignant tumors were reviewed,and the abnormal methylation,related functions and underlying mechanisms ofδ-PCDHs in various malignant tumors were introduced,which was expected to provide novel ideas and schemes for the early diagnosis,the targeted therapy with individual molecular and the prognosis evaluation of patients with malignant tumors.
