摘要
目前商用微小型多旋翼无人机广泛应用在测绘、农业、安防、物流等领域,这类无人机主要采用锂电池作为动力,其电池系统由多片电池串并联构成。由于电池系统内单体电池间连接固定,且无电池冗余备份机制,单体电池的不一致性会影响电池系统整体工作可靠性和使用寿命。为此,设计了基于通用锂电池的电池矩阵及管理系统。系统根据无人机实时动力需求,基于电池状态参数筛选电池组性能一致性,通过电池矩阵路径动态构建串并联电池组。实验验证,电池矩阵及管理系统通过筛选电池特征参数,构建一致性电池组并提供冗余电能供给,有效改善电池系统工作可靠性。该电池矩阵系统为无人机电池管理研究提供了新的思路和方案。
Commercial micro multi-rotor UAVs are widely used in surveying and mapping,agriculture,security,logistics and other fields.This kind of UAV mainly uses lithium-ion battery as power system which is composed of multiple batteries in series and parallel.The inconsistency of batteries will affect the power system reliability and service life due to the fixed connection construction of batteries in power system and no redundant backup battery.The article prompts a new design of the battery matrix and management system based on general lithium battery.According to the real-time power demand of UAV,the system selects the performance consistency of battery packs based on the battery state parameters to construct the series parallel battery system through the battery matrix path.By experiment,this battery matrix and management system can effectively improve the reliability of the battery system by selecting the characteristic parameters of the battery,building a consistent battery pack and providing redundant power supply.The design provides a new idea for UAV battery management research.
