摘要
交流励磁变频器是大型变速抽蓄电站的核心设备,由于容量较大,其散热系统设计是设备稳定运行的关键。针对交流励磁变频器功率单元,对各压接式功率器件的损耗进行了理论计算,并分析了不同功率因数和调制度工况下器件损耗及功率单元总损耗的变化趋势,基于损耗计算和仿真分析,采用最小流量和散热容量相互校验的水冷散热系统设计方法,设计了变频器的各功率器件散热器和水冷散热系统,最后通过研制的5.7 MVA交流励磁变频器功率单元样机试验,验证了损耗计算分析和散热系统设计的合理性。
AC excitation converter is the key equipment for large-scale variable-speed drive used in pumped storage power station,the thermal design of the converter is very important because of the large capacity.According to the power unit of AC excitation converter,the loss of each crimp power device is calculated theoretically and the change trend of power unit loss and each device loss are analyzed under different power factors and modulation index,based on the loss calculation and simulation analysis,the water-cooling heat sink and cooling system of the converter are designed with the minimum flow rate and heat dissipation capacity verified mutually,a power unit of 5.7 MVA AC excitation converter is developed and the full power test verifies the rationality of loss analysis and thermal design.
