摘要
为进一步提高梭车的整体性能,减轻梭车的搬家工作量,设计了一种基于1 140 V交流驱动煤矿用分体梭车。详细阐述了电气原理、电气系统以及程序设计方案。该系统已应用于分体梭车,并进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,该分体梭车电气系统运行稳定、高效,具有较高的推广价值。
In order to further improve the overall performance of the shuttle car and reduce the workload of the shuttle ear moving, the design of 1 140 V AC drive for coal mine based on a shuttle car body. Describes the electrical principle and electrical system and program design. This system has been applied to split the shuttle car, and the industrial test, the test results show that the split shuttle car electrical system is stable, efficient and has higher popularization value.
