摘要
介绍了提升设备能效的方法有:淘汰落后设备;改造设备。详细说明设备改造原则。结合具体实例,说明设备改造具体方式:对易出现问题的设备采用新材质、新工艺;引进先进节能技术;增加配套设施,提高设备适用性;消除负值功能;降低成本投人;增加设备功能;对设备进行功能性改造,提高效率。
This paper introduces the methods of improving the energy efficiency of equipment.The methods include eliminating backward equipment and transforming equipment.The principle of equipment modification is described in detail.The equipment transformation ways are explained with specific examples:adopting new materials and new processes in problem prone equipment,introducing advanced energy-saving technology,increasing supporting facilities to improve equipment applicability,eliminating negative value function,reducing cost,increasing equipment function,carrying out functional transformation for equipment to improve efficiency.
