摘要
传统的职业院校学生管理方法过于强调师与生管理与被管理的关系,无法适应信息爆炸时代庞杂的信息冲击下产生的学生心理需要,管理效果不佳。本文从社会心理学视域出发,分析职业院校学生的心理特点,以班杜拉的社会学习理论为理论依据,搭建新型的职业院校班级管理模式,提升班级管理效率。
The traditional student management methods of college emphasize the relationship between teacher and student's management and being managed.Thus it cannot adapt to the psychological needs of students generated by the complex information shock in the era of information explosion,and the management effect is not good.In this study,the Social Psychology Perspective,and Bandura's Social learning theory is adopted.A new class management mode in vocational colleges is built to improve the efficiency of class management.
