摘要
纸电资源一体化管理、服务集成等许多困扰图书馆已久的问题在新一代图书馆服务平台发布后都得到了解决。在系统转型的背景下,图书馆的业务重组也被提上议程。文章采用文献调研法和实验法,在新一代图书馆服务平台的基础上,提出一种新的业务运作模式,能够在平台上实现业务的一体化、网络化、智慧化运转,并应用于南京大学图书馆论证新模式的可行性。文章通过实证研究发现,图书馆运用其设计的即时、动态、集成的新流程模式节约了时间、节省了人力资源并提升了效率,得出新流程提高了图书馆服务效能的结论。
The emergence of new generation of library service platform is a sign that the construction of smart library has risen to a new level.Many problems, such as the integrated management of print and electronic resources and service integration, have been solved.Under the background of system transformation, library business restructuring has also been put on the agenda.Based on the new generation service platform, this paper puts forward a new business operation mode by using the methods of literature research and experiment, and proves the feasibility of the new mode by applying it to the Library of Nanjing University.Under the instant, dynamic, integrated new process mode, the service efficiency of the library has been significantly improved by saving time, saving human resources and improving efficiency.
