摘要
目的观察常用化学消毒剂对鼠肝炎冠状病毒(MHV)的灭活效果。方法采用悬液定量灭活试验法,对常用消毒剂灭活MHV的效果进行试验研究。结果有效氯100 mg/L含氯消毒剂和浓度100 mg/L过氧乙酸,均作用5 min,可完全灭活MHV。浓度为4000 mg/L过氧化氢作用10 min,可完全灭活MHV。40 mg/L二氧化氯、1000 mg/L单过硫酸氢钾、500 mg/L有效碘、体积分数75%乙醇和500 mg/L季铵盐,均可在1 min内灭活MHV。但浓度为5000 mg/L的醋酸氯己定水溶液和部分植物消毒剂在15 min内不能完全灭活MHV。结论常用高、中效及部分低效消毒剂均可快速灭活MHV。
Objective To observe the inactivation effects of common chemical disinfectants on murine hepatitis virus(MHV).Methods The suspension quantitative inactivation test method was used to study the effect of common disinfectants on inactivating MHV.Results The chlorine-containing disinfectant with 100 mg/L of effective chlorine and the peroxyacetic acid with concentration of 100 mg/L were both used for 5 min to completely inactivate MHV.4000 mg/L of hydrogen peroxide was used for 10 min,and MHV could be completely inactivated.With 40 mg/L chlorine dioxide,1000 mg/L potassium hydrogen peroxymonosulfate,500 mg/L available iodine,75%ethanol and 500 mg/L quaternary ammonium salt,MHV could be inactivated within 1 min.However,5000 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate and some plant disinfectants could not completely inactivate MHV within 15 min.Conclusion Commonly used high-efficiency,medium-efficiency and some low-efficiency disinfectants can quickly inactivate MHV.
