摘要
目的观察邻苯二甲醛内镜模拟现场消毒效果及连续使用稳定性。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟消毒试验方法,对邻苯二甲醛消毒内镜的效果进行观察。结果用浓度为3 000 mg/L的邻苯二甲醛消毒液,在清洗消毒机设定程序运行总时间25.5 min,或手工清洗全过程18.5 min,对污染在模拟消化内镜载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均消除对数值均>4.0。在清洗消毒机模拟运行条件下,连续使用14 d、累计消毒处理81件胃镜,邻苯二甲醛含量从5 880 mg/L降至3 960 mg/L,该液体处理染菌模拟内镜体仍能符合消毒要求。结论该邻苯二甲醛消毒液在模拟现场条件下,无论消毒机处理或手工处理均能达到规定的消毒要求,在消毒机运行累计81条胃镜,邻苯二甲醛消毒液仍保持在有效浓度范围。
Objective To explore simulated field disinfection efficacy of O - phthalaldehyde (OPA) in treatment of endo- scope and its stability in continuous use. Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test and simulated disinfection test were used to observe the disinfection efficacy of OPA on endoscope. Results The average eliminating logarithm values of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores were 〉 4. 00 in either machine - wash treatment for 25.5 min or hand - wash treatment of endoscope for 18.5 min with 3 000 mg/L OPA. In machine - wash treatment, the OPA content decreased to 3 960 mg/L from 5 880 mg/L in continuous use after 81 gastroscopes treated within 14 days. The test result showed that the remaining disinfectant was still effective for simulated endoscope. Conclusion OPA was eligible in either machine - wash treatment or hand - wash treatment of endoscope in simulated field disinfection test. After continuous use for treatment of 81 gastro- scopes, the remaining disinfectant was still effective.
