磁共振TSE-DWI序列表观扩散系数对急性脊髓损伤的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 本文探讨磁共振TSE-DWI序列表观扩散系数(ADC)在急性脊髓损伤诊断中的价值。选取68例急性脊髓损伤患者作为观察组,其中轻中度损伤40例、重度损伤28例,同时选取体检健康者50例作为对照组,均给予TSE-DWI序列扫描。观察组与对照组比较,病变部位ADC值明显低于正常部位(P<0.05)。观察组重度损伤患者病变部位ADC值明显低于轻中度患者病变部位(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后病变部位ADC值较治疗前有所升高(P<0.05)。以ADC值判断重度损伤的灵敏性和特异性较高。磁共振TSE-DWI序列ADC值有助于判断急性脊髓损伤严重程度。 The value of apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)of TSE-DWI in the diagnosis of acute spinal cord injury was discussed.A total of 68 patients with acute spinal cord injury were selected as the observation group,including 40 cases of mild to moderate injury and 28 cases of severe injury.Fifty cases of healthy physical examination were selected as control group.All of them were given TSE-DWI sequence scanning.The ADC value of the lesion site in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The ADC value of the lesion site in the observation group was significantly lower than that in mild to moderate patients(P<0.05).The ADC value of the lesion site in the observation group was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of ADC value to judge the severity of injury were high.The ADC value of TSE-DWI sequence is helpful to judge the severity of acute spinal cord injury.
