摘要
目的:探讨磁共振弥散加权成像在临床中的应用。方法:阅读有关磁共振弥散加权成像的文献资料。结果:磁共振弥散加权成像在急性脑缺血性疾病、脑肿瘤、脑脓肿的分期[2]、肝脏肿瘤、鉴别乳腺肿瘤的良恶程度以及椎体病变的诊断上发挥了重要作用,但在应用中仍有一定局限性。结论:磁共振弥散加权成像将在临床疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断中发挥越来越大的作用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical application of diffusion-weighted imaging. Methods： Reading recent references about diffusion-weighted imaging. Results：Diffusionweighted imaging had an important role in the staging of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease,brain tumor and brain abscess, the diagnosis of liver tumor and vetebral body, the benign or malignant degree of breast tumor. But it also had its limitation in clinical applications. Conclusion：The diffusion-weighted imaging will play more important roles in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in clinical diseases.
