摘要
开放大学教育对象是在职工作的成年人,其追求实用的学习心理需求增加了思政理论课的教学难度,开放教育思政理论课面临:课程内容重复较多、教材内容偏重理论、忽视教育对象的需求等困境,而忽视成人大学生的主体需求是困境关键所在。基于此论文提出借鉴成功教育理念改革创新思政理论课教学内容和形式,论文首先对于成功教育认识上的误区进行剖析;然后分析成功教育理念对于创新思想政治理论教育改革的价值和意义;最后将正确的成功教育理念融入思政理论课教学过程、优化思政理论课程建设和创新成功教育载体等四个方面提出基于成功教育理念下的开放教育思政理论课教学改革创新路径。
The education object of open university is the in-service adults whose study psychological demand is to pursue practicality,which increases the teaching difficulty for ideological and political theory course.The open education ideological and political theory course is facing many dilemmas such as:a plenty of repetitious curriculum contents,theoretical deviation teaching materials,and demand neglect of education object,which is the key difficulty of it.Based on the above study,this paper puts forward the reform of contents and forms of innovative ideological and political theory education for the reference of successful education.Firstly,it analyzes the misunderstanding of successful education,and then,it analyzes the value and significance of successful education idea to the reform of innovative ideological and political theory education.Finally,the paper puts forward the innovative path of teaching reform of open education ideological and political theory course from four aspects:integrating the correct concept of successful education into the teaching process of ideological and political theory course,optimizing the construction of ideological and political theory course,innovating the carrier of successful education and creating more successful experience in practice for students.
