国六低黏度节能型柴油机油研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 节能、环保、延长换油期是推动柴油机油更新换代的三大驱动力。特别是GB/T 30510-2018《重型商用车辆燃料消耗量限值》法规的颁布,对重负荷柴油发动机节能提出了更高要求,燃油经济性的改善逐渐成为重型柴油机制造商关注的焦点。为此,玉柴启动了新一代国六低黏度节能型柴油机油开发工作,并进行了相关的台架燃油经济性测试,结果表明:使用新型专用摩擦改进剂、降低高温高剪切黏度可以有效提升燃油经济性,5W-30的柴油机油相比15W-40具有更好的燃油经济性,能够提升1%~1.5%的燃油经济性。 Energy saving,environmental protection and oil change period extending are the three major driving forces to promote the upgrade of diesel engine oil.In particular,the promulgation of GB/T 30510-2018 Fuel Consumption Limits for Heavy-duty Commercial Vehicles has put forward higher energy-saving requirements for heavy-duty diesel engines,and the improvement of fuel economy has gradually become the focus of heavy-duty diesel engine manufacturers.Therefore,Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co.,Ltd.,has launched the development of a new generation of China Ⅵ low-viscosity energy-saving diesel engine oil and carried out related fuel economy bench tests.The results show that using the new special friction improver and reducing high-temperature high-shear viscosity can effectively improve fuel economy.Compared with 15 W-40 diesel engine oil,5 W-30 diesel engine oil not only shows better fuel economy but also improves the fuel economy by 1% ~1.5%.
