摘要
针对传统润滑油在高承载能力、环境友好方面的不足,将纳米羟基磷灰石添加到润滑油中提高其摩擦性能。利用化学沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外线光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电子显微电镜(SEM)对其结构进行表征,采用四球摩擦试验仪测定其润滑油摩擦性能。结果表明,羟基磷灰石为50nm×200nm的棒状粒子,其作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的抗磨损性能,能显著提高润滑油的承载能力。当纳米羟基磷灰石的质量分数为0.5%时,其润滑油的抗磨和承载性能较好。
For the shortcomings of lubricating oil at high carrying capacity and envlronment-tnenuty, nano-nyuroxyapatire was added to the lubricating oils to improve their friction properties. Nano-hydroxyapatite was synthesized by precipitation method in aqueous solution, the composition of nano-hydroxyapatite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), FT-IR and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Behaviors of friction and wear of lubricating oils with hydroxyapatite particles were evaluated with four-ball wear tester. The results show that the diameter of nanohydroxyapatite particles is 50 nm and the length is 200 nm, it can improve the anti-wear ability of lubricating oils as additive, and increase the bearing load. While the mass fraction of nano-hydroxyapatite particles is 0. 5%, the anti-wear ability and the bearing load of lubricating oils are better.
