摘要
在当前国际贸易摩擦升级和疫情蔓延的背景下,党中央审时度势,提出构建“国际国内双循环相互促进的新发展格局”的战略目标;并进一步提出“统筹推进现代流通体系建设,为构建新发展格局提供有力支撑”。而以科学的方法论为指导推进我国现代流通体系构建是战略实施的关键。当前流通经济学研究范畴的局限性使其难以充分满足这一战略需要。现有经济理论中,主流西方经济学和马克思政治经济学对流通阐述较为充分。对比而言,马克思流通经济方法论对实现我国现代流通体系建设目标更具优势,本文以其作为我国现代流通体系方法论的基础,结合我国制度特点和实际国情,加以梳理和完善后,尝试构建适用于我国现代流通体系建设的方法论体系。希望本研究能为马克思主义中国化研究在流通领域的进展略尽绵力,能对当今流通经济学研究视野的拓展有所贡献。
Affected by the escalation of international trade frictions and the spread of COVID-19 epidemic,the Central Committee of the China Communist Party has assessed the situation and put forward the strategic goal of“building a new development pattern both international and domestic double cycle and mutual promotion”,and further advanced“promote the construction of modern circulation system as a whole,in order to provide strong support for the construction of new development pattern”.Therefore,it is the key to the implementation of the strategy to promote the construction of Chinese modern circulation system under the guidance of scientific methodology.However,the research limitation of current circulation economics makes it difficult to fully meet this new strategic need.Among the existing economic theories,mainstream western economics and Marxist political economics fully explain“circulation”.In contrast,Marx′s methodology of circulation economy has more advantages in realizing the construction target of modern circulation system in China.Consequently,it can be used as the basis of the methodology of China′s modern circulation system,combined with the characteristics of China′s system and the actual national conditions,a methodology system suitable for the construction of China′s modern circulation system should be tried to build,with carding and improving.In addition,It is hoped that this study can make a little contribution to the development of Marxism sinicization in the field of circulation,and the expansion of the research field of current circulation economics.
