摘要
以碱式碳酸铜、碳酸镁、碳酸铈、碳酸锰、碳酸铵和水泥-75为原料,以氨水为溶剂,采用新型湿法和共沉淀法制备了铜锌铝催化剂。将相同组分的湿法催化剂和共沉淀法的催化剂在同一条件下进行对比,在气-固相固定床催化反应装置上评价催化剂的甲醇裂解性能。两种制备工艺中,共沉淀法较湿法简单。分析实验数据发现,成分相同时,湿法催化剂的活性和选择性更好,甲醇的转化率可达97%,H2+CO的选择性达77%。实验数据表明,反应温度在180~280℃之间时,湿法催化剂的性能明显优于共沉淀法的催化剂,湿法更适合于制备低温甲醇重整制氢催化剂。
Applied basic copper carbonate,magnesium carbonate,cerium carbonate,manganese carbonate,ammonium carbonate and cement-75 as raw materials,ammonia as solvent,through the wet method and coprecipitation method,the Cu-Zn-Al catalyst was prepared.The wet process catalyst and coprecipitation catalyst with the same composition were compared under the same conditions.The methanol cracking performance of the catalyst was evaluated in a gas-solid fixed bed catalytic reactor.The analysis of experimental data showed that with the same composition,the activity and selectivity of wet catalyst was better,its methanol conversion rate could reach 97%,and the selectivity of H2+CO reached 77%.The experimental data showed that when the reaction temperature was 180~280℃,the performance of the wet catalyst was obviously better than the coprecipitation catalyst,the wet method was more suitable to prepare the low temperature methanol reforming hydrogen production catalyst.
