摘要
目的探究在心血管内科护理教学中应用点拨教学法的临床价值。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月在该院实习的临床护理实习生40名,按照随机分组原则分为观察组(实施点拨教学法)和对照组(运用常规基础教学法)各20名。对比两组临床综合能力和管理满意度情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床护理程序应用、专业学习能力、工作态度及操作技能各方面的临床综合能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组管理满意度(95%)高于对照组(60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心血管内科护理教学中应用点拨教学法,有利于提升临床实习生的临床护理综合能力,促进临床实习生更加熟练应用各项临床技能,提高实习生对管理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical value of applying the teaching method in cardiovascular medical nursing teaching.Methods A total of 40 clinical nursing interns who practiced in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into an observation group(implementing the instruction method)and a control group(using the conventional basic teaching method)with 20 persons each.Compared the clinical comprehensive ability and management satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher clinical comprehensive ability scores in the application of clinical nursing procedures,professional learning ability,work attitude and operation skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher management satisfaction(95%)than the the control group(60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching method in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing teaching is beneficial to improve the clinical nursing comprehensive ability of clinical interns,promote clinical interns to apply various clinical skills more proficiently,and can improve interns'satisfaction with management work.
