摘要
保护更换是防范保护设备超期服役风险的有效措施。传统的双重化保护同时更换并带负荷测试方法,需要复杂的启动流程,会增大电网风险、增加停电难度、减少停电窗口。针对双重化配置主保护提出了一种分步带负荷测试的技术方案,即在一次停电更换保护过程中,增加一次带负荷测试工作。该方案可避免传统带负荷测试方案因同时失去两套主保护而带来的复杂启动流程,进而有效打破停电窗口的局限性,缩短工期,具有一定的研究价值。
Protection replacement is an effective measure to prevent the risk of over service of protective devices.The traditional replacement of both dual protection with load test has complex start-up process,which will increase the risk of power grid,enhance the difficulty of power cut,and shorten the outage window.For the dual configuration of the main protection,a step-by-step on-load test is proposed,that is,in the process of replacing the protection during a power outage,an additional on-load test is added.This scheme can avoid the complicated start-up process caused by the loss of two sets of main protections in the traditional load test scheme,thereby effectively breaking the limitation of the blackout window,shortening the construction period,and having certain research value.
