摘要
对一起高阻接地故障,线路保护主保护拒动、后备保护切除故障的事故进行分析。高阻接地故障发生后,CSC-101A线路保护距离II段保护动作切除故障,RCS-902A保护未动作。详细分析了两套保护的动作情况,对主保护拒动的原因进行分析。在分析了后备保护动作特性后,发现同等情况下,多边形特性的阻抗继电器动作特性对高阻接地的灵敏度大于圆特性阻抗继电器。建议在有条件的情况下,将此类保护更换为光纤差动保护,避免类似事故发生。
This paper makes analyses on the fault of high resistance grounding,primary protection failure to operate and backup protection cutting.After the high resistance grounding fault occurs,distance Section II protection of CSC-101 A line protection acts to cut the fault,and the RCS-902 A line protection does not act.This paper analyzes in detail the action of the two sets of protection,and the causes of the main protection failure to operate.Having made the analysis of the backup protection characteristics,the paper finds that under the same circumstances,the action characteristic of polygonal impedance relay is more sensitive to high impedance grounding than that of circular impedance relay.Finally,the paper gives suggestions that this kind of protection should be replaced by optical fiber differential protection if possible,to avoid such accidents.
