摘要
现场总线控制系统的发展和应用与现场总线技术和现场总线信息传输介质(总线线缆)技术密切相关。介绍了现场总线技术的产生、种类、标准(协议)和应用领域。对总线线缆的种类、性能设计(包括特性阻抗、衰减常数、传播延时及引起串音干扰的电容不平衡等关键性能参数设计)、标准规定的结构和性能指标进行了系统论述。希望以此推动我国现场总线技术快速发展,为研发制造、选用现场总线线缆提供参考。
The development and application of fieldbus control system(FCS)is closely related to fieldbus technology and fieldbus information transmission medium(bus cable)technology.The emergence,types,standards(protocols)and applications of fieldbus technology are introduced.The types,performance design(including the key performance indicators such as characteristic impedance,attenuation constant,propagation delay and capacitance unbalance causing crosstalk interference)of bus cable,structure and performance index specified in the standard are systematically discussed.It is hoped to promote the rapid development of fieldbus technology in China,and provide reference for research and development,manufacturing and selection of fieldbus cable.
