摘要
现代分析技术实验是一门综合性、应用性较强,且广泛融合现代科学技术的实验。荧光光谱法是现代光谱分析技术之一。将荧光硅量子点引入到荧光光谱法实验中,开展了现代分析技术新创实验“基于硅量子点的荧光光谱法测定维生素B12的含量”的教学设计和实验过程。该实验将本科实验教学与成熟的科研成果相结合,既使学生掌握荧光光度计的使用和运用荧光光谱法对目标物进行定量分析的基本方法,又能引导学生了解学科前沿,培养学生科研兴趣和创新意识。
Modern analytical technology experiment is comprehensive,and widely integrated with modern science technology.Fluorescence spectroscopy is one of the modern spectral analysis techniques.Fluorescent silicon quantum dots are introduced to the experiment of fluorescence spectrometry,and the experimental process of"determination of vitamin B12 by fluorescence spectrometry based on silicon quantum dots"is carried out as a new innovative experiment of modern analytical technology.The experiment combines undergraduate experimental teaching with mature scientific research,it not only enables students to master the basic method of using fluorescence photometer and using fluorescence spectroscopy to quantitatively analyze the target,but also guides students to understand the scientific frontiers,and cultivates students'interest in scientific research and innovative consciousness.
