摘要
从企业社会责任实践面临诸多困境的现象出发,探究其背后的悖论因素,并对企业社会责任面临的多重悖论进行实质性逻辑解剖,认为企业社会责任悖论的背后是在企业社会责任理论与实践各个层面追求一种理想主义倾向。理想主义下的企业社会责任逻辑链主要体现在人性假设、企业组织属性、企业所处制度系统逻辑单元和场域等多逻辑构面,反映在企业社会责任认知、企业社会责任实践和企业社会责任治理等多个逻辑切片中,形成基于人性假设悖论、企业属性悖论、制度悖论以及场域悖论的综合性悖论图谱。在此基础上,分析企业社会责任悖论背后的逻辑链和内在机理,提出从悖论管理的两大视角即双元管理范式与权衡取舍范式破除企业社会责任理想主义的悖论空间,推演出合意性企业社会责任遵循的四大前提假设与具有的四大基础性特征。最后,提出需要从合意性社会责任认知逻辑元点、组织使命、组织范式、实践模式、治理机制、制度供给、社会生态等逻辑构面,构建合意性企业社会责任的全新范式,最终消解和破除企业社会责任的诸多悖论空间,寻求企业社会责任实践的可持续。
Starting from difficulties that corporate social responsibility faces,this article explores the substantive paradox logic behind the multiple paradoxes faced by corporate social responsibility,and believes that the trend of thought behind the corporate social responsibility paradox is due to idealistic pursuit of social responsibility practice and theory.The logical chain of corporate social responsibility under idealism is mainly embodied in the multiple logical dimensions including the assumption of human nature,attributes of the enterprise organization,various logical units of institutional system in which the organization is located and the multi-field paradox field.It is embodied in multiple logical slices such as corporate social responsibility cognition,corporate social responsibility practice and corporate social responsibility governance,forming a comprehensive paradox atlas based on the assumption of human nature,a paradox of corporate attributes,institutional paradox and field paradox.Then,the article analyzes the logical chain and internal mechanism behind the corporate social responsibility paradox,and proposes to break the paradox space of corporate social responsibility idealism from the two perspectives of paradox management,namely dual management paradigm and trade-off paradigm,and deduce the four premise hypotheses and four basic characteristics of consensual corporate social responsibility.Finally,the paper argues that the construction of a new paradigm of desirable corporate social responsibility should be based on the cognitive logic elements of desirable social responsibility,organizational mission,organizational paradigm,practice mode,governance system,institutional supply and social ecology.And this new paradigm will resolve and break the paradox space of corporate social responsibility to seek the sustainability of CSR.
