摘要
目的:分析开放式瘘管切除术在肛瘘治疗中的效果及对并发症的影响。方法:2017年2月-2020年2月收治肛瘘患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。参照组采用传统瘘管切除术治疗;试验组采用开放式瘘管切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后3 d视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后3 d白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等炎症因子指标水平均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治愈率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组6个月内复发率及并发症发生率均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放式瘘管切除术治疗肛瘘,可显著提高治愈率,且术后患者疼痛感及炎性反应较轻,并发性发生率较低。
Objective:To analyze the effect of open fistulectomy in the treatment of anal fistula and its influence on complications.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2020,50 patients with anal fistula were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 25 patients in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fistulectomy.The experimental group was treated with open fistulectomy.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group at 3 days after operation,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group 3 days after operation,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and complication rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than the reference group within 6 months,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open fistulectomy in the treatment of anal fistula can significantly improve the cure rate,and the postoperative pain and inflammation of patients are less,the incidence of complications is low.
