摘要 从数字射线DR无损检测技术的原理、方法及主要特点出发,通过对玻璃钢-玻璃钢螺纹连接接头拍片分析来论证数字射线DR的有效性。结果表明:数字射线DR检测可以很好地穿透玻璃钢材料,并且将玻璃钢连接接头焊口内部结构拍得非常清晰。该技术目前是玻璃钢管检测中较先进的检测方法,可以分辨出管本体、螺纹接头中存在的具体缺陷类型和尺寸,但是,目前如何对玻璃钢管本体及螺纹接头中存在的各种缺陷进行定级及评价尚无具体规范,还需进一步研究。 From the digital radiography(DR) non-destructive testing principle, method and main characteristics, the validity of digital radiography(DR) was demonstrated through analysis of glass fiber reinforced plastic-glass fiber reinforced plastic thread connector. The test results showed that the digital radiography(DR) testing was a good way to penetrate glass fiber reinforced plastic materials, and the internal structure of the FRP connection joint was very clear. At present, this technology is a relatively advanced detection method in the detection of glass steel tube, which can distinguish the specific defect types and dimensions in the pipe body and threaded joint. However, there is no specific specification on how to grade and evaluate the various defects in the glass steel tube body and threaded joint, and further research is needed.
