摘要
玻璃钢管由于其良好的经济性和耐腐蚀性而越来越多地在油气领域投入使用,随着使用年限的延长,玻璃钢管体在实际运行中出现了老化、分层、断裂等问题,导致油气泄漏,在一定程度上造成人员伤害、环境污染和经济损失。本文在前人的研究基础上,综述了有效识别玻璃钢管道缺陷的无损检测方法,对声发射、微波、脉冲红外热波、超声波、激光超声、太赫兹、电容成像以及数字射线检测技术在玻璃钢材质检测领域的研究进行了综合分析,展望了关于玻璃钢管道无损检测技术的前景。
Glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP)pipes are more and more put into use in the oil and gas field,because of its good economy and corrosion resistance.With the increase of GFRP service time,the oil and gas leakage caused by aging,delamination,fracture and other problems occurred in the actual operation of the GFRP,which to some extent caused personal injury,environmental pollution and economic loss.On the basis of previous studies,this paper reviews the nondestructive testing methods for effective identification of defects in GFRP pipe,comprehensively analyzes the research of acoustic emission,microwave,pulsed infrared thermal wave,ultrasonic,laser ultrasonic,terahertz,capacitance imaging and digital radiographic testing technologies in the field of GFRP,and puts forward the prospect of non⁃destructive testing technology for GFRP pipes.
