摘要
青年科技人才是我国当前科技创新人才队伍中的主力军,是最具创新活力的群体。但是在我国当前的科技体制与环境下,青年科技人才的成长与发展还面临诸多问题。面对新时期建设世界科技强国的历史使命,借鉴国际相关国家对青年科技人才培养与支持的相关举措,本文提出有效激发青年科技人才的活力,打造新时期青年科技人才脱颖而出的制度与环境的相关建议。
Nowadays,young S&T talents with most vitality,are the main force of the technology innovation elitists in China.However,there are obstacles in their development and advancement given the current Sci and technology system and environment.On perspective of the historical mission to build China into a world power in science and technology in the new era,this paper takes international examples of cultivating and supporting young S&T talents and then puts forward suggestions to system-and-environment-building for young S&T talents standing out in the new era.
