摘要
采用文献分析法对健康建筑产业的驱动因素进行探究,并运用绩效指标衡量产业的发展状况。在此基础上提出九条假设,构建驱动因素理论模型,并利用问卷调查和结构方程模型对假设进行实证研究。结果表明:市场开发环境、技术研发投入对产业化能力、社会接受程度、绿色环保程度均有显著的正向影响,政府支持程度对产业化能力、社会接受程度有显著的正向影响,对绿色环保程度无显著正向影响。
This paper explores the driving factors of healthy building industry by literature analysis,and measures the development of the industry by performance indicators.On this basis,puts forward nine hypotheses,constructs the theoretical model of driving factors,and studies the hypotheses empirically by questionnaire survey and structural equation model.The results show that the environment of market development and the investment in research and development of technology have a significant positive impact on capability of industrialization,social acceptance and green environmental protection,while the government support has a significant positive impact on capability of industrialization and social acceptance,but has no significant positive impact on green environmental protection.
