摘要
隧道施工过程中高温热害情况时常发生,严重降低了作业人员的工作效率,增加了安全风险,限制了机械设备的使用。针对隧道施工过程中高温热害情况,采用了以制冷机组为核心的降温系统进行机械降温。该降温系统能够将风温降低约15℃,确保工作面环境温度低于26℃,相对湿度不超过75%,解决了隧道施工过程中遇到的高温热害难题。
High-temperature thermal damage often occurs during tunnel construction,which greatly reduces the working efficiency of operators,increases the safety risk and limits the performance of mechanical equipments.In view of the high-temperature thermal damage during tunnel construction,the cooling system taking the refrigeration unit as the core was adopted to conduct mechanical cooling.The cooling system reduced the air temperature on woke face by about 15℃,thus the temperature environment on work face was below 26℃and the relative humidity was not more than 75%.
