摘要
目的:研究膳食干预对颅脑外伤患者术后便秘的影响。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年6月本院进行手术治疗的80例颅脑外伤患者,按照抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组联合采用膳食干预。比较两组排便情况与生活质量。结果:术后6、12 d,观察组的每次排便间隔明显均短于对照组,每日排便次数明显均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的电解质紊乱、脑水肿、负氮平衡、肺部感染发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的精力、心理健康、躯体功能、情感角色功能、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能和总体健康情况评分均升高(P<0.05),观察组的精力、心理健康、躯体功能、情感角色功能、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能和总体健康情况评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膳食干预可以有效预防颅脑外伤患者术后便秘,促进排便,改善生活质量,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To study the effect of dietary intervention on postoperative constipation in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Method:A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral trauma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to lotting method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given dietary intervention.The defecation and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:On day 6 and 12 after surgery,the interval of each defecation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the daily frequency of defecation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of electrolyte disturbance,brain edema,negative nitrogen balance and pulmonary infection in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than 27.50%in the control group,the differences was statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,two groups of energy,mental health,physical function,emotional role function,the body role function,body pain,social function and overall health score were higher(P<0.05),the observation group energy,mental health,physical function,emotional role function,the body role function,body pain,social function and overall health score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dietary intervention can effectively prevent postoperative constipation,promote defecation,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
