摘要
目的:分析急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)介入治疗过程中不同时机应用替罗非班对术后无复流现象的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年9月于本院就诊的160例ACS患者,按照随机数字表法分为术前组和术中组,各80例。以术前应用替罗非班治疗者为术前组,以术中造影后应用替罗非班治疗者为术中组。对比两组介入术后无复流现象的发生率及治疗效果。结果:术前组支架植入后与冠脉药物治疗后无复流现象发生率均低于术中组,CTFC帧数均低于术中组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2 h,术前组ST段损伤数量少于术中组,ST段抬高幅度及ST段压低幅度均低于术中组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良心血管事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ACS术前给予替罗非班治疗可有效降低术后无复流现象的发生率,并改善无复流现象的治疗效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Tirofiban at different times points in the interventional treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS)on the no reflow phenomenon of postoperative.Method:A total of 160 patients with ACS treated in our hospital from July 2018 to September 2019 were selected,they were divided into preoperative group and intraoperative group according to random number table method,80 cases in each group.The preoperative group treated with Tirofiban before surgery,the intraoperative group treated with Tirofiban after intraoperative angiography.The incidence of no reflow phenomenon and the therapeutic effect after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of no reflow phenomenon after stent implantation and coronary drug therapy in the preoperative group was lower than that in the intraoperative group,the number of CTFC frames was lower than that in the intraoperative group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).2 h after surgery,the number of ST segment injuries in the preoperative group was less than that in the intraoperative group,the amplitude of ST segment elevation and ST segment depression were lower than those in the intraoperative group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative Tirofiban treatment for ACS can effectively reduce the incidence of no reflow phenomenon after surgery and improve the therapeutic effect of no reflow phenomenon.
