摘要
目前国内法庭科学体系逐步完善,夯实工具痕迹检验基础已成为当前研究的重点方向,进而提高工具痕迹检验的科学性、严谨性。现有的三种常见凹陷痕迹的提取方法,在解决工具痕迹规范提取上仍存在问题。尤其是针对不同种类客体上工具不同打击、撬压作用下所产生凹陷类痕迹提取方法的选择上,目前相关研究理论少之又少,无法为基层工作提供有效借鉴;现通过同一凹陷类痕迹采用不同提取方法效果的比对,对不同客体上的不同程度的凹陷类痕迹的提取方法选用理论进行完善,为今后工具痕迹相关研究及公安实践提供有效的提取规范。
At present,the system of forensic science in China has been gradually improved,and consolidating the foundation of tool mark inspection has become the key direction of current research,aiming to improve the scientific nature and rigor of tool mark inspection.There are still problems in solving the problem of standard extraction of tool marks for three common extraction methods of concave marks.Especially for the selection of the extraction method of concave marks produced by different tools under different degrees of tools strike,pry pressure,there are few relevant research theories at present,which cannot provide effective reference for grassroots work;By comparing the effects of different extraction methods for the same concave marks,the theories of extraction methods for different degrees of concave marks on different objects can be improved,so as to provide effective extraction norms for tool marks related research and public security practice in the future.
