摘要
工具痕迹在现场的出现率较高,根据工具痕迹多种特征的形成机理,利用工具痕迹力的不同、承载客体性能材料的不同、加载客体使用的形成工具痕迹特征变化和提取方法对工具痕迹特征的影响,对凹陷状工具痕迹、线性工具痕迹以及现场出现的其他特征的检验鉴定要综合利用,才能准确、科学的确定犯罪工具的特征。
Tool traces can be found frequently in the scene of the crime. The power to make tool trace, materials, changes of the trace, and the different pick - up ways can impact the trace characteristics. Based on the form mechanism of tool traces,we should utilize the sunken, linetype and other tool traces to confirm the characteristics of tools correctly and scientifically.
