摘要
本文以德温特创新索引为数据源,对中国向“一带一路”沿线国家技术布局态势进行多个维度的领域特征分析。结果显示,中国在沿线国家专利技术领域的集中度和频数—排序随时间演化均表现出“V”字趋势,在2015年后逐步向少数技术领域集中。“时间—领域”分析表明计算机技术和电气机械设备成为“主导—成长型”领域,我国企业在该领域专利申请量大,发展势头稳定,是支撑技术布局的重要力量。与其他科技强国相比,中国在沿线国家专利申请没有绝对优势领域,在21个子技术领域中相对差距较大,但在计算机技术和控制等子领域有较好的相对优势。本文研究结果为“一带一路”科技政策与产业政策制定提供有益参考。
This paper uses the Derwent Innovation Index as a data source to analyze the technical field characteristics of China's patent application data along the"Belt and Road"in multiple dimensions.The result shows that concentration and frequency-sequence distributions of technical field characteristics of patent application from China to the"Belt and Road"countries both show a"V"trend,and gradually concentrate on a few technical fields after 2015.The"time-field"analysis shows that computer technology and electrical machinery have become the"dominant-growth"field,while Chinese enterprises have a large number of patent applications in this field,and the development momentum is stable.Compared with other patent powers,China has no absolute advantage in patent applications in countries along the Belt and Road,there is a relatively large gap in the 21 sub-technical fields,but it has a comparative advantage in computer technology and control.The research results provide useful references for the"Belt and Road"science and technology and industrial policy formulation.
