摘要
在虚拟迭代进行动载荷分解过程中,由于试验采集的工况较多,需要对采集的工况进行简化等效。文章采用nCode软件,对采集的路谱进行预处理得到准确可用的原始采集数据,然后对采集数据进行极值分析,雨流计数和伪损伤计算等数值分析方法,将实测的较多工况路面载荷重构等效为部分工况进行后续的分析。通过对重构前后结果的对比,从相对损伤值,RDS分布与雨流计数三个方面对比分析,得到重构后的工况组合能够等效原始路谱进行后续的载荷分解等CAE分析,该路谱重构技术得到验证。
Research on road spectrum reconstruction technology based on measured road spectrumIn the virtual iterative process of dy-namic load decomposition,due to the many working conditions of the test collection,the collected working conditions need to be sim-plified and equivalent.This article uses ncode software topreprocess the collected road spectrum to obtain accurate and usable originalcollected data.Then the collected data is subjected to extreme value analysis,rain flow counting and potential damage calculation numerical analysis methods,and the measured road load of many working conditions is reconstructed into partial working conditions for subsequent analysis.By comparing the results before and after reconstruction,comparing and analyzing the relative damage value,RDS distribution and rain flow count,it is obtained that the reconstructed working condition combination can be equivalent to the orig-inal road spectrum for subsequent CAE analysis.Refactoring technology isverified.
