摘要
目的分析乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关原发性肝癌患者外周血巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)、维生素K缺乏或拮抗诱导的异常蛋白Ⅱ(VPIKA-Ⅱ)的水平及意义。方法选取2019年3月至2020年4月该院收治的72例HBV相关原发性肝癌患者纳入HBV相关原发性肝癌组,同时选取于该院进行健康体检的72例志愿者纳入健康对照组,选取72例无HBV感染原发性肝癌患者作为无HBV感染原发性肝癌组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测MIF、VPIKA-Ⅱ、GP73水平。结果HBV相关原发性肝癌组MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ水平明显高于无HBV相关原发性肝癌组和健康对照组。HBV相关原发性肝癌组中,有淋巴结转移患者MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ水平高于无淋巴结转移患者,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ水平高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,肿瘤最大径>5 cm患者MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ水平高于肿瘤最大径≤5 cm患者,肿瘤数量>2个患者MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ水平高于肿瘤数量≤2个患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MIF与GP73呈正相关(r=0.240,P=0.042),MIF与VPIKA-Ⅱ呈正相关(r=0.368,P=0.002),GP73与VPIKA-Ⅱ呈正相关(r=0.240,P=0.042)。结论MIF、GP73、VPIKA-Ⅱ与HBV相关原发性肝癌患者有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤最大径和肿瘤数量关系密切。
Objective To analyze the levels and significance of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF),golgi glycoprotein 73(GP73)and abnormal protein induced by vitamin K deficiency or antagonistic induced abnormal proteinⅡ(VPIKA-Ⅱ)of peripheral blood in hepatitis B virus(HBV)associated primary liver cancer patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with HBV-associated primary liver cancer admitted to People′s Hospital of Tangshan City from March 2019 to April 2020 were enrolled in HBV-associated primary liver cancer group.At the same time,72 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination were selected as control group,and 72 primary liver cancer patients without HBV-infected were selected as non-HBV-associated primary liver cancer group.The levels of MIF,VPIKA-Ⅱand GP73 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and GP73 was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The levels of MIF,GP73 and VPIKA-Ⅱin HBV-associated primary liver cancer group were higher than those in non-HBV-associated primary liver cancer group and control group,the levels of MIF,GP73 and VPIKA-Ⅱin patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis,MIF,GP73,VPIKA-Ⅱin patients withⅢ—Ⅳstage were higher than those in patients withⅠ—Ⅱstage,the levels of MIF,GP73 and VPIKA-Ⅱin patients with tumor size>5 cm were higher than those with tumor size≤5 cm,the levels of MIF,GP73 and VPIKA-Ⅱin patients with more than 2 tumors were higher than those with no more than 2 tumors,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were positively correlations between MIF and GP73(r=0.240,P=0.042),between MIF and VPIKA-Ⅱ(r=0.368,P=0.002),between GP73 and VPIKA-Ⅱ(r=0.240,P=0.042).Conclusion MIF,GP73,VPIKA-Ⅱin HBV-associated primary liver cancer patients correlate with the state of lymph node metastasis,TNM stage,tumor size and number of tumor.
