水中臭氧全光谱扫描光度法在线监测系统比对和应用研究

摘要 为了提高自来水深度处理臭氧工艺的精细化管理水平,稳定控制生物活性炭滤池进水的微量余臭氧浓度,开展了臭氧全光谱扫描光度法在线监测与国标方法手工测定的数据比对及应用试验。结果表明:两者的测定结果非常接近,最大绝对误差为±0.02 mg/L;调整臭氧投加量过程中,在线监测仪能及时响应臭氧浓度的动态变化;超声波自动清洗装置在有效去除黏附污垢的同时,延长了传感器的使用寿命;臭氧在线监测系统符合“无废城市”理念,可为实现智慧水务提供大数据支撑。 In order to improve the fine management level of ozone process in the advancedtreatment of drinking water and steadily control the concentration of trace residual ozone in the influent ofbiological activated carbon filter,the comparison of the online monitoring by full spectrum scanningphotometric and the manual determination data by national standard was carried out,as well as theapplication of the system.The results showed that the data was very close,and the maximal absolutedeviation was±0.02 mg/L.In the process of adjusting the ozone dosage,the online monitor couldtimely respond to the dynamic changes of ozone concentration,and the ultrasonic automatic cleaningdevice could effectively remove the adhesion dirt and prolong the service life of the sensor.The ozoneonline monitoring system conformed to the concept of“zero waste city”,and its data could provide bigdata support for the realization of smart water affairs.
