摘要
介绍中山市某镇社区卫生服务机构建设医共体的实践经验,对2012—2016年医共体内16家社区卫生服务机构的运营数据进行描述性分析,比较加入医共体前后的运营情况变化。结果显示:实施医共体后,社区卫生服务机构的多项运营指标呈增长趋势。经过分析,为目标镇医共体模式从管理体制、医疗保险支付方式、医卫融合及社区诊疗能力等方面提出相应建议。
This article introduces the experience of establishing a medical alliance(MA)in a town of Zhongshan City,descriptively analyzes the operation data of 16 community-based health service institutions within the MA from 2012 to 2016,and compare the changes in the operation statuses of these institutions before and after joining the MA.The results showed that multiple operational indicators of these community-based medical institutions showed an increasing trend after the implementation of the MA.The MA needs to be further optimized in terms of management system,medical insurance payment,integration between public health and primary care,and community treatment capacity.
