摘要
目的了解本地区乡村医生队伍建设现状及存在的主要问题,分析其原因,并提出对策建议。方法运用课题组自行设计的问卷,对乡村医生进行问卷调查。结果乡村医生人才队伍存在着总量不足、性别结构不合理、年龄偏大、学历程度有待提高、教育培训与需求不匹配等问题。乡村医生普遍希望获得系统的培训。结论开展乡村医生培训是全面建设小康社会和健康扶贫的重要手段,有条件的三甲医院可以通过整合医疗资源开展乡村医生培训,提升基层医务工作者的诊疗能力。
Objective To understand the current situation and problems in the construction of rural doctors team in this area,analyze the reasons,and put forward suggestions.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate rural doctors.Results The problems existed in the construction of rural doctor team including insufficient of total number of rural doctors,unreasonable gender structure among rural doctors,too old in age,education level needs to be improved,education or training didn't match the needs.Rural doctors generally want systematic training.Conclusions Rural doctor training is an important measure for build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects and health poverty relief,tertiary hospitals could carry out training for rural doctors to improve their diagnosis and treatment capabilities through Integrating medical resources.
