摘要
目的:探讨子宫内膜异位症患者采用地诺孕素治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的84例子宫内膜异位症患者作为观察对象,随机将患者分为两组,对照组(n=42)采用醋酸炔诺酮治疗,试验组(n=42)采用地诺孕素治疗,评价两组临床效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后痛经评分、性交痛评分、非经期下腹痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后NF-κB、Bcl-2、Bcl-xL、p16INK4a表达水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地诺孕素治疗子宫内膜异位症效果良好,能够有效改善患者临床症状,具备推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Dienogest in treatment of endometriosis.Method:A total of 84 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=42) was treated with Norethisterone Acetate,the experimental group (n=42) was treated with Dienogest,the clinical effect of the two groups was evaluated.Result:The total effective rate in the experimental group was 97.62%,which was higher than 73.81% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of dysmenorrhea,sexual intercourse pain and non-menstrual abdominal pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The expression of NF-κB,Bcl-2,Bcl-xL,p16INK4a in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dienogest has good effect on endometriosis,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has the value of promotion.
