摘要
目的分析屈螺酮炔雌醇片对健康育龄期妇女的避孕效果及对其出血情况、皮肤状况和体质量变化的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月期间本院妇产科接收健康育龄期妇女64例为研究对象,分为常规组和试验组,常规组采用复方左炔诺孕酮片进行避孕,试验组采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片进行避孕,比较两组临床效果。结果试验组妇女避孕后避孕有效率,皮肤明显好转率,有所好转率,均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组妇女药物干预后,第3周、第6周、第9周、第12周出血概率,体质量增加概率,均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片对健康育龄期妇女的避孕效果显著,对其出血情况、皮肤状况和体质量变化的影响小,可推广应用。
Objective To analysis the flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol tablets in healthy childbearing age women's contraceptive effect and the bleeding,skin conditions,and the impact of weight change.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017 receive healthy childbearing age women of obstetrics and gynecology hospital during 64 as the research object,divided into normal group and experimental group and routine group adopts compound left acetylene connaught progesterone tablets for birth control,trial group adopt flexor spiral ketone ethinylestradiol for contraception.Compare the clinical effect.Results The experimental group after the women's contraceptive birth control efficiently,obviously,the skin,the recovery,were significantly higher than that of normal group(P<0.05);Group of women after drug intervention,3 weeks,6 weeks and 9 weeks,12 weeks bleeding probability,probability of weight gain,were significantly lower than normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol tablets in healthy childbearing age women's contraceptive effect is remarkable,the bleeding and skin conditions,and the influence of weight is small,can be applied.
