摘要
新文科建设是落实新时代发展高质量教育体系的重要举措,需要建设一支高素质的教师队伍。师德师风培育是教师队伍建设的第一要务,必须引导教师坚定政治信仰,做“四有好老师”。通过加强校园德育文化建设,完善师德建设制度体系,深化教育评价改革,全方位做好管理服务,优化教师师德成长环境,释放教师活力,为新文科建设提供有力支撑。
The construction of New Liberal Arts is key to the development of high-quality education system in the New Era,which requires teachers to exhibit proper contduct to the learning community.As such,top priority should be given to the cultivation of professional ethics in team building for teachers.We must guide teachers to enhance their Four Consciousnesses,and stay loyal to the Party,and provide strong support for the construction of New'Liberal Arts by strengthening moral responsibility on campus.That is how we can improve the system of teacher ethics cultivation,deepen the reform of education evaluation with well-rounded classroom management,and optimize the environment conducive to commitment and moral duty by tapping the full potentials of teachers,which is strategically important to the construction of New Liberal Arts.
