摘要
目的分析针灸配合推拿治疗耳聋耳鸣的疗效。方法纳入2015年4月~2020年4月期间,我科收治的耳聋耳鸣患者共60例当作本次研究的观察对象,通过收治的先后奇偶顺序将其划分为常规组以及研究组,每组的样本容量均为30例。常规组执行常规西药治疗模式,研究组执行针灸+推拿联合治疗模式。对比并分析两组患者治疗有效值。结果研究组治疗有效值相较于常规组而言,获得显著优化效果且组间对比结果具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对耳聋耳鸣患者执行针灸+推拿联合治疗模式,可将患者治疗有效值优化至最佳范畴以内,值得大力推广及应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture and massage in the treatment of deafness and tinnitus.Methods From April 2015 to April 2020,a total of 60 patients with deafness and tinnitus admitted to this section were regarded as the observation objects of this study.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the routine group and the study group.The sample size of the group is 30 cases.The routine group performed conventional western medicine treatment mode,and the research group performed acupuncture + massage combined treatment mode.Compare and analyze the effective value of the two groups of patients.Results Compared with the conventional group,the effective value of treatment in the study group obtained a significant optimization effect,and the comparison Results between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and massage for patients with deafness and tinnitus can optimize the effective value of the patient’s treatment within the best range,and it is worthy of vigorous promotion and application.
