摘要
目的分析视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)继发黄斑水肿(ME)患者接受玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光治疗的效果。方法将2016年7月~2019年7月作为研究时间段,选取期间我院接诊的76例BRVO继发ME患者,将随机数字表法作为分组依据,将全部病例分为对照组(行视网膜激光光凝治疗,纳入38例38眼)、研究组(加用玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普治疗,纳入38例38眼),对组间黄斑中心视网膜厚度(CMT)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)展开分析。结果研究组治疗后2周、1个月、3个月和6个月的CMT均低于对照组,而BCVA均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体腔内注射康柏西普联合激光治疗对于缓解BRVO继发ME有较好效果,且能恢复视功能,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of intravitreal injection of conbercept combined laser treatment in patients with branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) secondary to macular edema (ME).Methods The period from July 2016 to July 2019 was used as the research time period.76 patients with BRVO secondary ME who were admitted to our hospital during the period were selected.The random number table method was used as the basis for grouping,and all cases were divided into the control group (underwent retinal laser photocoagulation treatment,38 cases 38eyes were included),the study group (plus intravitreal injection of conbercept treatment,38 cases 38eyes were included),the macular center retinal thickness (CMT) and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA)were analyzed between the groups.Results The CMT of the study group on 2 weeks,1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment were lower than those of the control group,while the BCVA was higher than those of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of conbercept combined with laser treatment has a good effect on alleviating ME secondary to BRVO,and can restore visual function,which is worthy of promotion.
