摘要
氧化铝原料主要为三水铝石矿,其磨矿分级工艺技术,包括磨矿和分级两个工序,铝土矿磨矿设备采用双仓溢流型球磨机,溢流型球磨机一般分为两个仓,中间的隔板位置在确定以后将不可再进行调试,因此,可以提高磨矿效率。同时,分级设备采用水力旋流器组,溢流型球磨机配合水力旋流器组,组成闭路磨矿分级流程.双仓溢流型磨机内有隔仓板,将磨机分成粗磨和细磨2个仓。经实验证明,采用设计工艺分级后的磨矿效率显著提高,铝土矿处理能力高于传统工艺,更适用于铝土矿原矿浆制备。
Alumina raw materials mainly for sanshui diaspore ore,the grinding classification technology,including grinding and classifying two working procedure,the overflow type bauxite grinding equipment adopts double storehouse ball mill,the overflow type ball mill is generally divided into two positions,in the middle of the baffle position in sure will not to debug,therefore,can improve grinding efficiency.At the same time,the classification equipment adopts the hydrocyclone group,the overflow type ball mill with the hydrocyclone group,forming the closed circuit grinding classification process.The overflow mill with two silos is divided into two silos:coarse grinding and fine grinding.The experimental results show that the grinding efficiency of the designed process is significantly improved after classification,and the bauxite processing capacity is higher than that of the traditional process,so it is more suitable for the preparation of raw bauxite pulp.
