摘要
心理健康教育一体化是我国德育一体化的重要组成部分,其构建有发展心理学学理基础.这既体现了个体成长的逻辑递进性,又考量了心理健康教育事业的整体推进性.当前,大中小学心理健康教育一体化呈现出管理体制分离、课程体系重复、师资力量匮乏、心理活动"延迟"、档案建设"虚无"等问题.这意味着一体化的实施并非易事,其纵向架构应以体制机制建设为基础、以师资建设为保障、以课程建设为核心、以活动建设为抓手、以科学研究为支撑、以档案建设为基本,进而全面推进一体化进程.
The integration of mental health education is an important part of the integration of moral education in China.Its construction is based on the theory of developmental psychology,which not only reflects the logical progressiveness of individual growth,but also considers the overall advancement of mental health education.At present,the integration of mental health education presents problems such as separation of management systems,duplication of curriculum systems,lack of teachers,"delayed"psychological activities,and"nihility"in file construction.This means that the implementation of integration is not an easy task.Its vertical structure should take system and mechanism construction as basic,teacher construction as guarantee,curriculum construction as the core,activity construction as the starting point,scientific research as the support,and archive construction as the basic,and then comprehensively promote the integration process.
