摘要
目的比较评价个体化护理干预对改善老年人孤独感的效果,为其选择适宜的个体化护理措施提供临床护理参考。方法采用孤独量表(UCLA)抽2019年1月1日至2019年6月30日入住护理院的存在不同程度孤独感的老年人100名,随机分为对照组、个体化护理干预组,每组50名。个体化护理干预组再参照干预对象的个体化指标分为认知行为疗法组、社会支持疗法组、怀旧疗法组、运动疗法组、综合疗法组五个个体化干预小组,每组10名。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予个体化护理干预,20周后,比较两组老年人孤独感评分和个体化小组老年人孤独感评分。结果个体化护理干预组孤独感评分低于对照组(P<0.05);综合疗法组孤独感评分低于另外四种个体化干预小组(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理干预可有效降低老年人孤独感,且多个个体化护理干预有协同叠加作用。
Objective to compare and evaluate effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving loneliness of elderly,and provide clinical nursing reference for choosing appropriate individualized nursing measures.Methods with loneliness scale(UCLA),we chose 100 elderly people with varying degrees of loneliness admitted to nursing homes from January 1,2019 to June 30,2019.Divided them into control group and an individualized nursing intervention group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Divide individualized nursing intervention group into five individualized intervention groups,including cognitive behavioral therapy group,social support therapy group,nostalgia therapy group,exercise therapy group,and comprehensive therapy group,with 10 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and intervention group with individualized nursing intervention.After 20 weeks,compared loneliness scores of elderly between two groups.Results loneliness scores in individualized nursing intervention group were lower than control group(P<0.05);those in comprehensive therapy group were lower than other four individualized intervention groups(P<0.05).Conclusion individualized nursing intervention can reduce loneliness of the elderly effectively,and multiple individualized nursing interventions have synergistic and superimposed effect.
