摘要
人才培养是高等教育的根本任务,历经四十多年,高等教育改革取得了显著的成绩,但始终未能突破创新人才培养的核心问题,仍存在着重复和徘徊不前的问题,主要原因就是改革范式的陈旧。解决目前改革中存在的价值取向、方案设计和方法选择等方面的问题,需要在深刻理解新时代国家改革新范式的基础上,从改革认知、价值追求到核心技术发展等方面着手进行高等教育改革范式的转换。
Talent training is the fundamental task of higher education.The higher education reform has made remarkable achievements in the past 40 odd years,but it has not been able to break through the core problem of innovative talent training.The main reason is the antiquated reform paradigm.To solve the problems of value trend,scheme design and method selection in the current reform,it is necessary to start the transformation of higher education reform paradigm from reform cognition,value pursuit to core technology development on the basis of a deep understanding of the new paradigm of national reform in the new era.
