摘要
随着国家碳达峰、碳中和能源战略的提出,电能在社会经济生活中的占比越来越高,随之带来的是社会对供电高可靠性的要求。传统以三遥为主的配电自动化模式已不能很好地满足对配电网故障处理的及时性需求,迫切需要一种保护功能全面、速度更快以及可靠性更高的配电保护设备。因此介绍了一种配电测控保护装置,既具备传统配网终端产品的三遥自动化功能,又具备完善的继电保护功能,对保障配电网的安全运行和提高运维效率都有重要意义。
With the proposal of national energy strategy of carbon reaching peak and carbon neutralization,the proportion of electric energy in social and economic life is higher and higher.What brings about is the demand of high reliability of power supply.The traditional distribution automation mode based on three remote can not meet the demand of the timeliness of fault treatment of distribution network,so it is urgent to need a comprehensive protection function and speed faster and more reliable distribution protection equipment.This paper introduces a kind of distribution measurement and control protection device,which has the function of three remote automation of traditional distribution network terminal products,and also has perfect relay protection function,which is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of distribution network and improve the operation and maintenance efficiency.
