摘要 自闭症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)是以社交障碍、重复刻板行为和狭隘的兴趣为主要特征的神经发育障碍性疾病,其患病率呈逐年上升趋势。大量关于ASD的研究仅凭行为特征进行诊断,而ASD的病因、临床症状及并发症等都具有高度异质性,使得无法对ASD儿童进行早期的筛查和诊断,从而错过最佳治疗时机。基于生物学的标志物可以提供一种客观、容易量化的方式,不仅能够用于早期筛查诊断及预后,而且还可以用于药物开发和治疗疗效的反应指标。鉴于脑磁图(magnetoencephalography,MEG)相较于其他脑成像方法在ASD中的适用性及其优点,本文对ASD中MEG相关生物标志物的研究进行了综述,主要包括听觉诱发电位M50/M100、听觉失匹配磁场(magneticmis matchfiels,MMF)以及听觉gamma频段反应。 Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by social impairments,repetitive stereotyped behaviors and narrow interests.Its prevalence is increasing year by year.Although there are a large number of studies on ASD,it is still diagnosed based on behavioral characteristics.The etiology,clinical symptoms and complications of ASD are highly heterogeneous,making it impossible to carry out early screening and diagnosis of ASD children,thereby missing the best time for treatment.Biologically based markers can provide an objective and a quantifiable method,not only for early screening diagnosis and prognosis,but also for drug development and therapeutic response indicators.In view of the advantages and applicability of magnetoencephalography(MEG)compared with other brain imaging methods in ASD,this article reviews the research of MEG-related biomarkers in ASD,mainly including auditory evoked potentials M50/M100,magnetic mismatch field(MMF)and auditory gamma band response.
